Lawrence J. “Mack” McCullar, committee member and Rider President of the Wreath Riders, was guest speaker at a recent Harker Heights Rotary Club meeting.
McCullar explained his organization as one that gives a voice to those who can’t speak any longer, such as those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in combat.
The Wreath Riders are closely associated with the Wreaths for Vets program and always provide leadership and support to any event that is in conjunction with the Friends of the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
